At Baby Deer Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help while keeping things fair for both you and our small business.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Handmade Jewelry & Leather Goods: Due to their custom nature, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Drop-Shipped Jewelry & Watches: We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Final Sale Items: Custom, engraved, and clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at: babydeerjewelry@proton.me with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  2. If eligible, we’ll provide a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
  3. Once received, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit based on your request.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Issues & Replacements

  • If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days so we can make it right.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they haven’t been processed.
